I rarely have great experiences at car dealers. Today, I had a wonderful experience with Guillermo and his team as I test drove and ultimately purchased a used Lexus LX470. I felt they were fair and transparent, and the transaction did not include unnecessary fees. Guillermo was patient with me as I thought about whether buying the car was the right decision. He answered all my questions and did not try to control my process of asking mechanic friends for their thoughts. I look forward to driving this car for a long time and I would gladly send a friend to Guillermo @ JaxAutoRacing for another car.
